All online orders shipping internationally from ckcny.com will require a signature upon delivery, otherwise known as delivery confirmation. Online orders shipping domestically do not require a signature.

We do not support online click-and-click or pick up orders from our New York store at this time.

We're unable to change your delivery address after an order has been placed. You may, however, cancel your order by contacting us (within 3 hours of placing it and/or before we have processed your order), and place the order again with the correct shipping address.

To cancel your order due to an incorrect shipping address, click here and select "Incorrect Shipping Address" in the dropdown.

Note: Changing the default address on your account does not update the delivery address for current orders. Address changes will only take place for new orders.

We do not support shipping to multiple addresses at this time.

Our shipping carriers, UPS and DHL Express, do not support shipping to a PO, APO, or FPO box. Only valid delivery addresses are accepted.

We offer free returns on Ready-to-Wear (RTW) and Made-to-Order (MTO) items for size exchange (up to one exchange) and for store credit, while returns for refunds will be subject to restocking fees (equal to shipping cost + 10% fee).

You may return or exchange items in their original condition and packaging online or at our New York store along with the original invoice. Items must be returned or exchanged within 14 days
from the original delivery date from ckcny.com. Return or exchange requests must be communicated within 8 days after purchase (or shipment arrival) of merchandise.

For refund requests, you may request a refund back to your original payment method, or request a store credit in the form of a gift card with the balance of your eligible refund amount. Returns for refunds are subject to restocking fees (equal to shipping cost + 10% fee).

The return or exchange option is available, according to the conditions below:

(1) The item is in its original condition and packaging; items that have been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be eligible for a refund.

(2) Proof of purchase (invoice) is included with the items to be returned.

(3) Return or exchange requests are communicated within 8 days after purchase (or shipment arrival) of merchandise.

(4) The items are returned and received by CKC New York within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Return Exceptions:

Custom Made items cannot be returned.


Items that have been purchased at a discounted price (either by special general offer or by using group or individual discount codes) can’t be returned, if not for size exchange or store credit. Shipping costs, in this case, are charged to the client. 

Unfortunately, we do not accept return/exchange requests due to change of mind.

Submit Request:

To return/exchange items from an order, visit our Returns Center and follow the steps provided to process your return/exchange request.

Once your return/exchange request has been submitted, and your shipment has been received, we will review the returned items and make a decision based on the information you have given us. The review will take approximately 1-5 business days to process after the shipment has been received. You will be notified via email the outcome of your request once it has been processed and a decision has been made.

Refunds may take between 1-7 business days to appear on your original payment method.

No. Shipping charges incurred at checkout are non-refundable.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Your payment method is charged once you have entered your payment details and submitted your order at checkout.

Only one payment method may be used at this time, with gift cards being the exception. You may use a gift card and a credit card, or multiple gift cards for a single order at checkout.
